All orders placed on our B2B platform are considered final once confirmed. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement and must be requested in writing. Refunds are applicable only for defective or damaged goods reported within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval. Customized or special orders are non-refundable.
